How much is shipping?
Clothing items will be charged a flat rate shipping fee
Domestic: $7.95 for the first item and $2.00 each additional item, extra for bulky items; Jewelry items are $5.95 for the 1st, $1 for each additional
International Rates are slightly higher, contact us if you have any questions

Do you ship internationally?

Do you offer rush shipping?
Many of our items are made to order or personalized. We also have several items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, shipping times may vary and we are bound by the shipping terms of the manufacturer. Personalized and made to order items usually cannot be 'rushed' as they take time to make. Quality is important to us. If you need an item Delivered within one-two days please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can accommodate that request.

What are your processing and shipping timeframes?
Your order will be processed in most cases within 24 hrs. No more than up to 48 hours during busy holiday seasons.
Shipping times will vary based on what you have ordered. As stated previously, shipping may vary by manufacturer but generally your order should ship within 4-8 business days if no special conditions apply.
What special conditions are we talking about? If your order has personalization, is made to order, PreOrder, or is a special order item, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for shipment. Products that have any of these special conditions will indicate the estimated shipping timeframes in the product description. Please pay special attention to estimated shipping times so you can plan accordingly when buying for time sensitive occasions. We want everything to get to you, our valued customer, on time. :-)
***PRE-ORDERS- Although we have an estimated shipment date, we cannot guarantee an exact date of shipment from the manufacturer. All dates are subject to change.

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, it will be indicated in the product description. You have the option of adding yourself to the waiting list to be notified when we have the item back in stock. If you have already placed your order and we realize a product is not in stock, you will be notified and issued a prompt refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only if it hasn't been marked as processing. Once it has been marked as processing (and all Personalized orders) can no longer be cancelled. The reason for this is because majority of our products are hand or custom made. Once your order starts the processing phase, it is already being produced by the manufacturer. When you first place an order, it is marked as new. Once it goes into processing you will notified by email. At that point, your order cannot be cancelled.

Items that are not personalized can be cancelled at any time.  If the order is marked as processing, please call us or email us to cancel the order before it ships out.  Once an order has shipped we can only credit you for the item once we have it back at the boutique, you will be charged for the shipping
