If an item is not to your liking, doesn’t fit, or not what you expected, you can most certainly return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt in exchange for the same item in a different size or color (if available) or a store credit (minus shipping costs) ALL ITEMS BEING RETURNED MUST NOT BE WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED AND ALL TAGS MUST BE IN PLACE.

Special order, customized, and personalized items can ONLY be returned if the personalization was done incorrectly or not made to your specifications documented on your order form. If that is the case, the error is on our part and your item will be re-made and exchanged for the same item.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED "FINAL SALE"
PLEASE NOTE: STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED AT THE COST YOU PAID MINUS SHIPPING COSTS. STORE CREDIT MUST BE USED WITHIN 14 days.
Items must be returned in ORIGINAL packaging and tags still attached, with no signs of wear or tear to ensure an exchange or return. PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR MERCHANDISE FOR DAMAGES BEFORE REMOVING ANY TAGS/LABELS. MERCHANDISE SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT TAGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and return & exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If you received promotional free shipping and are exchanging items, you will be responsible for the second shipping charge.

Ross Unit LLC ships via the US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. All packages shipped will have a delivery notification to ensure guaranteed delivery. Shipping times will vary depending on the manufacturer; All items will process within 1-2 business days. Should you require your item faster, feel free to send us a note and we will try our best to accommodate you!
We will notify you via our website (posting on main page) or email when Pre-Order Items are shipping.
IMPORTANT: We cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our hands, if USPS fails to deliver your package and it comes back to us, shipping charges will not be refundable. Therefore please make sure to enter correct shipping and billing address when placing an order.
